1. Engagement & Services

Eventist provides professional event management, planning, design, and VIP concierge services in Dubai and the UAE. All agreements for planning specific events (including weddings, corporate functions, or private celebrations) are governed by our customized client service agreements in addition to these terms.

2. Bookings, Deposits, & Payments

To secure a booking for our event management services, a non-refundable deposit is required, as outlined in your service agreement. Final balances must be cleared prior to event execution, according to the payment schedule agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation & Postponement

If you cancel or postpone your event, you must notify Eventist in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the proximity of the cancellation to the scheduled event date, the work already performed, and commitments made to third-party vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, AV teams).

4. Limitation of Liability

While Eventist works exclusively with top-tier suppliers and coordinates all aspects of your event with high diligence, we are not responsible for vendor performance failures, acts of God, or other unexpected disruptions outside of our direct control.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, creative directions, mood boards, plans, and visual media created by Eventist remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used for other commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
